RETURNS POLICY

Clifton Canvas Developments Ltd complies with the following regulation: "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000"

At Clifton Canvas Developments Ltd we want our customers to be fully satisfied with all products purchased from us. We spend a lot of time researching and testing the products we stock to make sure that they are all of good quality. We do acknowledge that from time to time products can fall short of this quality and we need to be able to get you a replacement item. Should an item purchased from Clifton Canvas Developments Ltd be faulty, please follow the procedure below:

Faulty Items
- Please contact us as soon as you realise that a product is faulty.
- Contact us on email at sales@cliftoncanvas.co.uk (this is the fastest way for us to process your complaint).
- We will email you back with a returns form. Please print, fill in and place inside the return package. This will usually be within 48 hours.
- We will ask you to re-package the item as you have received it and place the returns form inside the package and a receipt for postage.
- Please send the item back to us using Royal Mail standard parcels Second Class Registered. (Do not send it back using Special Delivery)

Note: Should the item not be faulty but found to have been used incorrectly, the customer will cover the cost of the postage.

Unwanted Items
- Please contact us within 7 days (cooling off period) stating your Name and Invoice number.
- Contact us on email at sales@cliftoncanvas.co.uk (this is the fastest way for us to process your complaint).
- We will email you back with a returns form (or post if its more convenient). This will usually be within 48 hours. Please print, fill in and place inside the return package.
- We will ask you to re-package the item as you received it and place the returns form inside the package.
- The cheapest way for you to return the item is via Royal Mail standard parcels Second Class Registered. (Do not send it back using Special Delivery)

Please note that we are unable to accept for return any items that have been personalised unless they are faulty.

Footwear and socks that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If the item is faulty we will send you a replacement.
